| Webpages, e-mail and phone numbers are given for each hotel or guest-house with a short description following aferwards. Price and a map reference number complete the description.
The map reference number gives the code of the map (as some destinations like Mandlay, Bagan and Mrauk U do have multiple map pages) and the number as on the map. List of accomodation is alphbetically in each sub-chapter (budget, middle, luxury) These features allow easy navigating between map and list of hotels and vice versa. The purple bar gives some information about restaurants but of course there are always more foodstalls and places are opening and closing all the time. Finally blue indicates the onward transportation possiblity. It is impossible to get this complete and this chapter is changeing particularly fast; in this case the Zwenadi fast ferry went out of business inbetween the few months of research and printing of this book! |
